I would like to fall asleep,

to let myself go every once in a while

in the mist of a new november,

wake up in the middle of a dream

with the feeling of the rain in my face,

wiping off any trail of tears.

From nightmares to dreams,

pushed away by the wind

like a stream of water whistling in my ears,

a lullaby to go back to my sleep,

under the warm hug of the night,

no fears,

free to close my eyes and dive

into oneiric waves of subconsciousness.

Inside my dreams

half awake,

half asleep.
